Who is batterytech.com?
Back in 2001 I purchased a extended run battery for my Sony PCG-Z505-JE laptop from batterytech.com. The standard battery only gave me 40 minutes. Since then I've only charged it 36 times, and it is now dead. Its techically brand new with only 36 charges. So I contacted the RMA department at batterytech.com. Regardless of the serial number, they need proof of purchase. How many of us keep this kind of information? It would seem to me that its a scam. You only get help if you keep your proof of purchase. How many of us just throw it away. It would seem to me thats what they want us to do, so they don't have to keep up their end of the bargin. II'm currently in contact with Irene and batterytech.com, in hopes they can help me. Check back to see this outcome.
